Susan Buckley

On a scale of 1-7 I would rate this experience a "9". I am a realtor and because of the feedback I got about Susan Buckley, I decided when I needed a loan she would be the one I would go to as well.  Susan is excellent about keeping me in the loop.  She makes sure I understand my side of the responsibility for filling out paperwork. She is patient about taking me through step by step so it is done right the first time.  All combined, it made for a seamless experience that closed in a very timely manner.  She made me aware of other products so I know what is available to me for the future. I have already recommended Salem Five to others because of people like Susan.
