Welcome! Bem-vidos (as) todos (as)! Bienvenidas! My Name is Francielle Borba and I have a decade of experience in the banking industry. As a branch manager, I oversee all aspects of the branch operations for the Reading location and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our valued customers. I am dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment with my team, all in an effort to provide appropriate financial solutions and develop long-lasting relationships with customers. I believe dependability, attentiveness and responsiveness are key ingredients to a strong customer service approach.

Outside of work, spending quality time with family and friends is important to me. I also enjoy staying involved with my culture and community; I am currently the secretary of the Portuguese Baptist Church in Saugus where I actively participate in weekend retreats and volunteer work throughout the community. Other activities I enjoy include coaching, traveling and participating in the bank’s community events.
