Kayla Salcedo
Branch Manager
Kayla joined Salem Five in 2022 and brings more than six years of banking experience, along with a strong passion for building meaningful customer and community relationships, to her role. A Merrimack Valley native, she is proud to represent the Rowley community and support residents and businesses as they work toward their financial goals.
Kayla holds an Accreditation in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online and is an active member of North Shore Latinos in Business and Women's Business League. She is also a dedicated volunteer with local food kitchens and homeless shelters. Other interests include her commitment to promoting financial wellness and advancing causes related to child welfare, poverty alleviation, and economic education. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys making the most of family time and exploring new trails with her Mini-Aussie, Jonah.
