Lisa Dunlea serves as the Senior Vice President for Salem Five Institutional Banking division.
With over 30 years of experience, Lisa is responsible for supporting the unique financial needs of the Taft-Hartley, Union, non-profit and Government Banking market segments. Prior to starting at Salem Five, Lisa was a senior leader for Institutional Banking at East Boston Savings Bank where she doubled the Institutional customer base in less than 5 years.
Since joining the Salem Five team, Lisa has been responsible for new client acquisition as well as strengthening the relationships with existing customers. Lisa takes a solution-based approach with her clients and focuses on their organization’s goals and objectives. She enjoys getting to know each and every client and works hard with her team to over-deliver.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Business Administration & Marketing. She believes in giving back and does volunteer work in her community educating and assisting people who seek recovery from substance abuse.
